David oversees myriad tasks and responsibilities caring for Rudolph’s varied properties. From total renovations to electrical repairs and plumbing challenges, David and his team are focused on excellent customer service, as well as time efficiency.
A native of Central Ohio, David attended the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Sunnyvale, California. For about 20 years he was a licensed chiropractor in business in the San Francisco area before retiring from his practice and returning to Ohio to join the family business, Ryan’s Renovations, a homebuilding and renovation company, which was based in Granville. More than five years ago, David joined Rudolph where he holds a significant role in the development and expansion of the company’s real property assets and investments.
