In early 2024, Havens Limited assembled a team that has core metro experience to power-up a long-time community asset. The company purchased a historic building at 741 E. Broad St. for the Breathing Association, a Central Ohio organization with deep roots in the community. The 117-year-old association needed more space as its services grew and expanded, and the creation of a lease-purchase option enables the nonprofit organization to eventually purchase the building while immediately expanding its offerings.
As Central Ohio’s leading resource for promoting lung health and preventing lung disease, the association’s new headquarters will house a lung health clinic, provide the Home Energy Assistance Program and offer other home outreach programming for underserved and underinsured communities.
