This includes the redevelopment of land to incorporate industrial and commercial mixed-uses. RIC led the capital equity team to purchase the property and also acted as the co-developer lead in the rezoning, detachment and master planning. This included the infrastructure design and engineering. RIC also structured and negotiated the TIF, JEDD and covenants which fund that infrastructure. Havens led the transaction negotiations for the designation of its industrial and commercial uses, too.
